Support Worker – Key Requirements

To work as a Support Worker with Careify, applicants should have:

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• A current First Aid Certificate
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or an equivalent/relevant qualification
• A commitment to person-centred care, dignity, choice and independence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, professionalism and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability

Additional training or experience may be required for roles involving high-intensity or complex supports.
