How do I know if I’m eligible for the NDIS?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
  • Have a permanent or significant disability that impacts daily living

Do you charge according to the NDIS Price Guide?

Yes. All our services are charged in line with the NDIS Price Guide and Pricing Arrangements, ensuring fairness and transparency. We also provide regular statements and updates to help you track your funding.

Can I choose or change my support worker?

Absolutely. We believe in choice and control. You have the right to choose who supports you, and if at any point you would like to change your support worker, we will work with you to ensure the best match for your needs.

How do I start with Careify’s services?

Getting started is easy. You can contact us directly or ask your GP, agency, or support coordinator to send a referral. Once we receive your details, our team will arrange an intake meeting to discuss your goals and design a personalised service plan with you.

Do you only support certain disabilities?

No. We proudly support people with a wide range of disabilities, including physical, intellectual, psychosocial, and sensory disabilities. Our services are inclusive and tailored to each participant’s individual needs.

What areas do you provide services in?

What if I need support outsie of business hours?

Some supports, such as personal care, nursing, and respite, are available 24/7. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, but essential supports can be arranged at any time as part of your service agreement.

How does Careify ensure quality and safety?

We follow the NDIS Practice Standards, have strict safety and privacy policies, and only employ qualified, screened, and trained staff. We also encourage feedback from participants and families to continually improve our services.

Can my family or carer be involved in my support?

Yes. We encourage the involvement of families, carers, and guardians where participants want this. Collaboration helps ensure your supports are consistent, safe, and aligned with your goals.
