The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to people living with disability to access the supports and services they need. The funding is based on your individual goals, needs, and circumstances. With Careify, we help you understand your plan and connect you with the right supports to achieve your goals.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are under 65 years of age
- Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
- Have a permanent or significant disability that impacts daily living
If you are unsure, we can help guide you through the NDIS eligibility and application process.
